Corporate service

How it works

Four steps to a submitted application. Nothing is filed and nothing is charged until you approve the quote.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the trip

Nationality, destination, what the traveler will actually be doing, and when they need to be there.

  2. Step 2

    We confirm the right category

Business visitor categories cover meetings and conferences. Hands-on work often needs something else — we check before anything is filed.

  3. Step 3

    You get a quote

Government fee and our service fee, itemised separately, before you commit to anything.

  4. Step 4

    We prepare and submit

Forms, supporting documents, invitation letter review, and appointment booking where the destination requires one.

What it costs

Two separate numbers: the government fee, which is set by the destination and identical wherever you apply, and our service fee, which depends on the route, the urgency, and how complicated the case is.

We do not publish a fixed price list, because a straightforward India e-Visa and a US B-1 with a prior refusal are not the same piece of work. You see both numbers before you commit.

Check indicative processing times

Pick a destination to see the published or typical decision window, plus what actually drives the timeline.

Indicative only. Processing times are set by the destination authority and change without notice. We confirm the current window for your specific consulate before you commit to travel dates.

What business visa destinations do you cover?

Request a quote for pricing tailored to your route and volume.

How much does a business visa cost?

Total cost has two parts: government fees (set by the destination) and our service fee. Approximate government fees: Schengen €90, USA B-1 $185 plus a $250 Visa Integrity Fee on issuance, Canada CAD $100 + $85 biometrics, Australia AUD $195, Brazil $80-$185, India $25-$100, Mexico $48-56, UAE AED 200-500. Our service fee is quoted per case based on destination, urgency, and complexity.
